According to the invitation to the shareholders of the company Arab aluminum industry "Aral" , the Forty first  General Authority meeting was held on Sunday, 04/30/2017 at the company's headquarter in Ein Al-Basha, where the Chairman was initiated the meeting  with a speech  started by welcoming the  audience, and talked about ARAL's  achievements ( earnings and results) during 2016, and one of the main dicision that taken was approving the Board of Director’s proposal to pay (7 %) as cash dividends to the shareholders
