An agreement was signed with the National Energy Research Center (NERC) of the Royal Scientific Society (RSS) to develop the 1 MW solar photo-voltaic project on Sunday 17/03/2019.

 Under this agreement, NERC will develop the project to partially cover the consumption of Aral's electricity plants. The project is the first phase of four phases to cover the entire electricity consumption of the factories by 4 MW solar PV.
